DESIGN GUIDELINES
Must I submit an application for my improvement? Check the Design Guidelines!
The Heritage Shores Declaration of Covenants requires that homeowners submit to the Covenants Committee an application for the approval of proposed exterior additions, changes or alterations to your house and lot. The Committee’s decisions are bound by the Heritage Shores Design Guidelines and Design Review Procedures. Please review the Design Guidelines carefully for information about your specific project before applying or proceeding with any work. Note: Many exterior improvement projects do not require an application. Where applicable, this information is contained in the Design Guidelines.

The HOA office will assist with your questions and offer guidance with the information and attachments that will be needed by the Committee to process your application.

NEXT COMMITTEE MEETING
The Covenant’s Committee reviews and votes on applications during their public meeting which is typically held at 1:00 PM on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Your completed application must be submitted to the HOA office approximately 2.5 weeks prior to the public meeting.
